SR 50 Lane Closures

• Sunday, May 3 through Thursday, May 7, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.: Motorists can expect single and double lane closures on southbound and northbound I-95 from S.R. 46 (Exit 223) to S.R. 50 (Exit 215).

  These closures are needed for paving activities.

  FDOT encourages all roadway users to drive, walk and ride with caution and courtesy!

• Monday, May 4 through Friday, May 8, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Motorists can expect a median shoulder closure on southbound and northbound I-95 from S.R. 46 (Exit 223) to S.R. 50 (Exit 215).

  These closures are needed for guardrail and ditch pavement work.

  FDOT encourages all roadway users to drive, walk and ride with caution and courtesy! 

• Monday, May 4 through Friday, May 8, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Motorists can expect a right shoulder closure on the northbound I-95 exit ramp to S.R. 46 (Exit 223). All exits will remain open at all times.

  These closures are needed for ramp widening work and restoration. The ramp will be temporarily reduced to 11 ft wide as this work takes place.

  FDOT encourages all roadway users to drive, walk and ride with caution and courtesy! 

• Overnight Ramp Closures at I-95 Interchange at S.R. 50

  Tuesday, May 5: The off-ramp from southbound I-95 to S.R. 50 (Exit 215) will be closed overnight from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning, Wednesday, May 6.

  ·     Motorists traveling southbound on I-95 who wish to access S.R. 50 should continue south and exit at S.R. 407 (Exit 212). From there, turn left onto S.R. 407 and proceed to the northbound I-95 on-ramp. Proceed north to S.R. 50 (Exit 215).

  Wednesday, May 6: The on-ramp from S.R. 50 to southbound I-95 will be closed overnight from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning, Thursday, May 7.

  ·     Motorists traveling on S.R. 50 who wish to access southbound I-95 should enter northbound I-95 from S.R. 50 and travel north to exit at Garden Street (S.R. 406) (Exit 220). From there, turn left onto westbound Garden Street and proceed to the southbound I-95 on-ramp.
