Project Details
About
This Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) project is intended to enhance safety and operations along the corridor of (State Road) S.R. 50 (Colonial Drive) between Pine Hills Road and Tampa Avenue. The project will improve crosswalk conditions and install new signal improvements.
Additionally, the project will modify several existing median openings along the corridor to improve safety and operations.

Monday, March 24, 2025, through Friday, March 28, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Motorists should expect an eastbound single-lane closure on SR 50 (West Colonial Drive) from Pine Hills Avenue to Tampa Avenue for curb and sidewalk installation. The closure will affect the outside lane. FDOT encourages all roadway users to drive, walk and ride with caution and courtesy!

FDOT encourages all roadway users to drive, walk and ride with caution and courtesy!
