About
This project intends to enhance at the intersection of Semoran Boulevard (State Road 436) and University Boulevard/Scarlet Road in Orange County. The project proposes to rebuild the existing traffic signal to provide upgraded signals for drivers and pedestrians. Pavement markings will also be upgraded.
