The purpose of this project is to upgrade the existing traffic signal on U.S. 441 at the intersection of County Road (C.R.) 473 (Bluegill Drive/Creek Road) in Lake County. Improvements also include upgrading pedestrian features, including crosswalks, curb ramps and pedestrian signals.
