The intent of this project is to construct pedestrian safety improvements along State Road (S.R.) 423 from Kingswood Drive to Adanson Street.  Intersection improvements including new crosswalks, updated pedestrian signals, and "Yield to Pedestrian" signs are planned at the intersections of Kingswood Drive, Lee Road Shopping Center and Adanson Street. Repaving to accommodate new pavement markings and turn lane improvements is included.
