This project proposes to repave approximately 24 miles of Interstate 95 (I-95) in both directions from south of Malabar Road (State Road (S.R.) 514) to north of Fiske Boulevard (S.R. 519), including the ramps at the following interchanges: Malabar Road), Palm Bay Road (County Road (C.R. 516), U.S. 192, S.R. 518 (Eau Gallie Boulevard), S.R. 404 (Pineda Causeway), Wickham Road, and Fiske Boulevard.

Other improvements include building barriers to protect the overpass piers at Minton Road, S.R. 404 and Viera Boulevard, and applying new deck coatings on the bridges over S.R. 518 and Lake Washington Road. Upgraded pavement markings, as well as Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) upgrades are included.
