About
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is proposing improvements on LPGA Boulevard from U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard) to Williamson Boulevard, including improvements to the Tomoka River bridge and the Interstate 95 (I-95) interchange (exit 265).
The proposed improvements include widening LPGA Boulevard and adding shared-use paths on both sides of LPGA Boulevard to serve bicyclists, pedestrians, and other users. Additional improvements include replacing and widening the Tomoka River bridge, redesigning major intersections, modifying the I-95 at LPGA Boulevard interchange, and adding stormwater ponds.
The purpose of this project is to accommodate existing and future travel demand and improve safety on LPGA Boulevard and the I-95 interchange.
Right of way acquisition will be needed for this project. The right of way phase is tentatively planned to start in late 2027.
