The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is enhancing pedestrian safety along State Road (S.R.) A1A from Crescent Beach Drive to south of Minutemen Causeway. In this area, S.R. A1A is split; northbound is known as Atlantic Avenue and S.R. A1A southbound known as Orlando Avenue. There are six pedestrian crossings throughout the project.

Lane Closures
  • Monday, January 20 to Friday, January 24, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Motorists can expect single inside and outside lane closures northbound S.R. A1A from Minuteman Causeway to Crescent Beach Drive. These closures are needed for miscellaneous construction activities.

    FDOT encourages all roadway users to drive, walk and ride with caution and courtesy!
