The purpose of this project is to add a southbound right turn lane on State Road (S.R.) 15A (Spring Garden Avenue) to westbound S.R. 44 in DeLand to improve operations at the intersection.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is holding an in-person project open house on Tuesday, February 11, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Chisholm Community Center, 520 S. Clara Ave., DeLand, FL 32720. Attendees will have an opportunity to view a looping presentation and project displays, speak with project team members, and submit comments or questions.

To provide additional flexibility for stakeholders, the FDOT is also offering online opportunities to get involved:
