SUMTER COUNTY, Fla. – Motorists are advised that nightly lane closures on Interstate 75 (I-75) northbound, from County Road (C.R.) 462 to C.R. 475 in Sumter County, will take place April 21-24 (Monday through Thursday nights). Single-lane closures will be in place from 8 p.m. each night to 7 a.m. the following morning, while double-lane closures will be in place from 10 p.m. each night to 6 a.m. the following morning. The nightly closures allow for bridge work at C.R. 475.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) advises all motorists to reduce their speed, follow posted signage, and exercise extra caution in construction work zones. Schedules are subject to change due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
