Traffic Advisory: Westbound I-4 Ramps closed at Saxon Boulevard in Volusia County
UPDATE 12:10 p.m. 10/12: The westbound I-4 off ramp to eastbound Saxon Boulevard has reopened as floodwaters begin to recede.
VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – Motorists are advised that the westbound I-4 off ramp to eastbound Saxon Boulevard and the westbound I-4 on ramp from eastbound Saxon Boulevard in Volusia County are closed due to flooding after Hurricane Milton. The following detours are in place:
· Motorists on westbound I-4 wishing to head eastbound on Saxon Boulevard should continue westbound on I-4 to Dirksen Drive/Debary Avenue (Exit 108) and take the off ramp for Dirksen Drive/Debary Avenue. Motorists should then turn left and take the on ramp for eastbound I-4 up to eastbound Saxon Boulevard (Exit 111A).
· Motorists on eastbound Saxon Boulevard wishing to head westbound on I-4 should continue eastbound on Saxon Boulevard and take the on ramp for eastbound I-4. Motorists should then take eastbound I-4 to S.R. 472 (Exit 114), take the off ramp at S.R. 472, turn left, and take the on ramp to westbound I-4.
