 If the advertisement for a project has been posted, plans are available for this project at the project links below with the exception of any exempt structures plans or other records which may be exempt or confidential and exempt. The shortlisted firms may be provided exempt structures plans if deemed necessary and such process(es) will be outlined during the advertisement process. If there are additional records you require not contained herein please contact the procurement officer listed in the advertisement. The procurement officer may request that you fill out Form # 050-020-26 (EXEMPT DOCUMENTS / SECURITY SYSTEM PLAN DISTRIBUTION FORM) (click on “STRUCTURE PLANS EXEMPTION FORM - if needed”) if the records being requested are exempt or confidential and exempt, such as structures plans.
