About
This Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study will evaluate the feasibility of widening SR 514 (Malabar Road) from a two lane roadway to a four lane divided urban roadway. The study will also evaluate improvement to bicyclist and pedestrian accommodations.
The State Environmental Impact Report for this project was completed May 18, 2018. The latest project documents are provided below.
This project is currently not funded for design, right-of-way or construction.
