This project proposes to mill and resurface the mainline and paved shoulder from I-95 to east of SR 5A (Nova Road).  The project will also include reconstructing ADA non-compliant curb ramps, constructing  bus stop pedestrian pads, upgrading drainage issues, constructing a curb extension (Bulb out) at the NE corner of Nova Rd and SR 421, upgrading guardrail connections to barrier wall  and upgrading pedestrian features at signalized intersections.
