Add an additional left turn lane onto US 92 Eastbound at the SR 5A intersection, install Mast Arms,new ITS elements, mill and resurface the intersection and 300 ft. east of intersection, new signing and striping, and add bike lanes. The bike lane striping will start at the Clyde Morris Blvd. and US 92 intersection and continue to the US 92 and Nova Rd. intersection.

By not widening the road as originally thought in the preliminary scope, this design will reduce the utility, drainage, and business impacts to this area and construction time would be greatly reduced.
